Catherine Bacon

Catherine Bacon is a fashion designer with over 27 years of experience. She started her career when she showed four bead-embellished sweaters to Sandra Sakata, the late owner of Obiko Boutique in San Francisco. With Sandra's encouragement, Catherine's label was born.

Catherine's collections have been recognized nationally and internationally. She has collaborated with textile artists to create fabrics of extraordinary beauty. She then matches these fabrics with her signature pieces and creates new patterns to enhance her collections. Catherine is involved in every aspect of the process, from cutting and sewing to coordinating models and trunk shows.

Catherine lives in the Bay Area of Northern California with her colorful gardens and her companions Koa, the double-Doodle, and Ed.
