Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. A flat return fee of $5 will be applied to all returned orders.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, unused condition, complete with tags and original packaging. Please ensure a receipt or proof of purchase accompanies the return.

Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to dispatch your package. Please note that returns not preceded by a formal request will not be acknowledged. Kindly be aware that the cost of the return label will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping

We ship all merchandise via United Parcel Service Ground (2-6 business days, depending on

the ship-to location), to anywhere in the continental United States.

For P.O. Box address, to ship to the PO Box address may cause problem with the carrier.
